I found jack o lanterns in my Yard
A few years ago. They were absolutely beautiful. I have loved mushrooms forever but never really hunted them and definitely ID any. But with all that’s going on in our country now with the pandemic and everything else I stayed involved with all the news to the point I couldn’t do it anymore. I’d seen a few pretty mushrooms in our yard (woods) that I saw some mushrooms that I’d never seen before. Beautiful colors and shapes. I started getting up ever morning and hunting. I joined a mushroom fb group and posted to great pictures there. A girl said a picture wasn’t enough info. I’m like it shows the cap and the under part of the cap. What else is there. Lol well there’s lots of info needed to identify mushrooms. So I started looking at everything mushrooms online and YouTube to learn how to identify each part…so now it’s my knew Found passion.
